We help you refine those rhythms through frameworks that are both attainable and life-giving. We offer group coaching, one-on-one coaching, and one-on-one personalized brand management to help our clients feel equipped and supported in their callings.

Co-Founder + Marketing Specialist

Liz has worked in the world of creative media marketing for over a decade and has developed a deep knowledge of the impact digital storytelling has on building a powerful brand. As the co-founder of RBC who specializes in strategic marketing, Liz will work with you on all things from creating effective marketing collateral to teaching you how to feel confident in sharing your heart with your ideal clients through personalized and intentional marketing efforts. 

When Liz isn’t working, you’ll find her enjoying a glass of wine on a patio, geeking out over tv shows and movies, chasing a good sunset, dabbling in film photography, jamming to music but rarely knowing the lyrics, or living her best life as “Aunt Lizzie” to her besties’ little ones.

Ty McBrayer

Co-Founder + Business Development Specialist

After beginning her career in the non-profit, government, and corporate world, Ty knew she wanted something different for her life and now has over 12 years of bridal under her belt.

Ty loves to think beyond what is expected and develop new ways businesses can operate. She loves strategizing with clients to push them outside their comfort zone while empowering them to take the leap and live a fuller life while running businesses. As the co-founder who specializes in business development, Ty will work with you on all things from helping you cast your vision for growing your business, building community connections, and cheering you on along the way reminding you that you’re fully equipped.

When Ty isn’t working on her bridal or coaching businesses, you’ll find her renovating her newest passion project cabin in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky with her two little girls, hubby, and labradoodle. Ty also enjoys cultivating friendships and listening to live music of all kinds.
